The Ice Dogs House League 2018-2019 Hockey Season will begin in Mid-September and end in Mid-March. The House League is a weekend hockey program with ice times predominately on Saturdays and Sundays.
Players’ ice time will be spent with both practices and games, with supplemental off-ice & skills. The primary focus of the program is player development. The September ice times begin with evaluations where players are evaluated & then placed on teams by the Glacier Hockey Staff. The House League goal is team parity and the evaluation process helps the hockey staff create multiple teams at each level that will be balanced &competitive throughout the season. The size and number of teams in each age level will depend on the number of skaters participating each year. Ideally, each team will consist of 12-16 players . We rely on Volunteer Coaches for our House League Program and welcome any parent who has some hockey playing background to help coach.
Please email Sandy Anderson or Bobby Scott if you would like to be a volunteer coach on your child's team.
We reserve the right to close enrollments if a level fills.
** Please Note: we field only 1 Midget Team of 18 players and 2 goalies.
